My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was generally friendly and provided useful information about the area, but the management practices left something to be desired. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the breakfast offered was quite good and the location was decent, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and the service, which definitely did not meet my expectations. The overall management seemed lacking, and I felt like I was staying in more of a hostel environment rather than a proper hotel.
