the sauna was a treat after long days. the steam room was fully functional, a big plus. transportation to the airport was arranged smoothly through the hotel for me.

I found the staff to be kind and helpful. they gave me a choice of rooms, so i was able to choose where to stay (a detail i appreciated). the location is very good. It's close to the main shopping street, a definite bonus. i also liked that i could order things from the supermarket directly through the hotel.

the hotel is tucked away from a shopping district in a quiet alley. this makes it nice and peaceful. the proximity to major retail areas provides easy access to shopping and dining. it is an asset.

The staff at reception were helpful with our luggage. i found the team welcomed guests well. airport transfers were arranged quickly and without any issues. It was very efficient.
The gym was a bit small. It had limited equipment.

My room had a spacious layout. The King Room Spa Bath was really nice. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. I used the sauna and found it clean and well kept. It was great after long days.
